Accountabilities:
1. In charge of the management of responsible area business, coach and motivate the team to achieve goals. 负责管理所有区域内相关业务,辅导并激励团队以达成各项区域目标
2. Manage the business effectively and accurately; develop and implementthe business strategy and plan of responsible area; and in charge of daily management. 进行高效精准的业务管理,制订及执行区域业务策略与计划,并进行日常管理
3. Build and maintain KOL relationship. 建立及维护关键客户关系
4. Develop a high performing team by recruiting, coaching, motivating and developing individuals with a drive to foster sound team culture and enhance team effectiveness, succeed and grow within the organization. 招聘、辅导并激励团队成员,建立良好的团队氛围,提升团队效率,推动人才发展
5. Collaborate closely with internal partners with effective communication, achieve all the tasks assigned by the line manager and company. 在工作中与内部同事紧密合作,保持高效沟通,积极达成公司与上级分配的各项任务目标
6. Ensure all activities to comply with the company’s policies and relative regulations in China. 确保所有的销售活动依照公司政策和中国境内的法律、法规
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and above. 本科及以上学历
2. Major in medication or life science related. 医学、药学、生物制药等生命科学相关专业
Competency & Skills:
1. Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills; Advanced ability of keeping learning. 具有优秀的人际交往、沟通协作能力及持续学习能力;
2. Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 诚实守信,积极主动,快速适应变化,能够承责承压并自我激励;
Experience:
1. 2 years relevant management experience is preferred. 具有2年以上相关管理经验者优先
