Volkswagen Automatic Transmission(Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (VWATJ), as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is a large green-field transmission producer of the VW Group in China. We produce high-quality DSG transmissions and E-Drives for millions of Volkswagen Group China’s domestically produced vehicles since 2014 and we continue to advance with high quality standards and technical standards to maintain the momentum in the China market.

Job Title: Project Coordination
Division/Department: Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the work content of the project team consisting of e-drive manufacturing process and production in Prototype Manufacturing
Responsible for keeping project within budget and timeline
Responsible that the project development is according to ISO9001 and VDA6.1
Responsible for the on time implementation of technical changes and new drive projects
Responsible for the specification annotation
Responsible for the communication/exchange as contact window to Technical Development Department
Responsible for presenting TDP in project-meetings and preparation and alignment within the development groups

Your Qualification:

Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering
English or German proficient
3 years' work experience in e-drive industry field (preferable)
Deep knowledge of project management
Very good team player
Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
